#4 - GROWING IT

What day is it again? I can't remember. 

Planned a meeting on 1st May only to be told its Labour Day. I literally did a search on it before it hit me its a public holiday. Lord have mercy on me. 

It has been weeks since I've got a hair cut and to be honest it is getting a tad irritating for me now. I'm just so tempted to get a cutter and just cut it all off. 

Time for a change in style.

#3 - DATING AGAIN

Will I date again? That's a really tough question.

So yea I'm on Bumble and Coffee Meets Bagel. Haven't met any guy from there but connected with a few. Don't think I'll be meeting any till everything is over. 

Anyway, back to dating, I'm not sure if its a problem with me or the other party. I guess I'm just not in the right mind to actually move forward with any person I've talked to. 

Is it because I'm not ready? Or its not the right person? How would you know its the right person anyway?

Things tend to go quite well at the beginning and then it just dies off. Well I think I sort of kill the moment each time. 

So am I looking to date again? Well I am but to be honest, whenever it happens. Not rushing into any.

Side note, went to get some groceries today. I just love grocery shopping especially on the weekend these days. There were quite a number of eye candies today. Damn i sound like a pervert don't I?

#2 - MCO HAS BEEN EXTENDED

Am I happy that MCO got extended? To be honest no but for the sake of ensuring we are all safe? Yes. We just got to adapt now the new norm.

I'm glad the weekend is finally here not that it makes any major difference but it does bring minor benefits in certain ways. One, is I don't have to work and two, I get to sleep in longer. Been feeling super lethargic lately till I can't stay up late like how I used to days ago.

By 2am I'm already dead tired and I could just close my eyes for a few seconds before heading-off to dreamland.

Not sure what I'll be doing over the weekend but hope work is not one of it. Perhaps lazing on the bed would be the best option for now till I can think of something to do.

#1 - HOW'S MCO GOING?

Moving to a new place is tough. Moving to a new blog is even tougher. Letting go of the past and starting fresh does take some time to adjust. Not as easy as I thought.

"No kidding! It took me two weeks just to get my head straight and to actually get myself to write something here."

Blogging has always been a passion however due to the change in time and concentration, I've just lost touch for it, but now I'm glad to be back. Fresh from the farm too!

The current COVID-19 pandemic has really taken a toll on everyone, not just me. Having been home for the past 5 weeks is tough and working from home does have its challenges. Particularly when you've converted your room into a working space. Having the bed by your side? Not a good idea. I'm just craving to just get out and have some fun rather than being confined between these four walls. I'm not sure how I'm keeping my sanity in check.

"One thing that working from home has thought me is: There are no boundaries"

Yup that's right. Realise we tend to work longer than we usually do in the office and you tend to get 'mocked' at ungodly hours of the day. It's not that I'm complaining much but a little self time be nice.

However, speaking about work, I'm pretty lucky that my job is not severely affected by the current MCO but not so for some of my friends particularly those in sales. They've been hit hard and the level of concern does linger heavily in the air. Just hope everything gets well soon enough for them to recover back their losses. 

Anyway I do hope this pandemic be over soon but I do hope that people will change as well! Perhaps not being such assholes might help.

On another note, I've been trying to stay healthy at home and truth be told, its tough. I can go from super 'into it!' to just 'it can wait till tomorrow' kind of moment. I got myself those resistant band for working out it was good at the first few moments but later on I just gave up on it. Instead I switched to a few body weight workout routine using some apps as a guide. Seems to be working well for the past week or so. Having a good sweat works the best.
